Correct Answer - Option 2 : 13th

From the given information,

Shivani's original position from left = New position of Shivani from left + 6 = 8 + 6 = 14^th

Urvashi's position from left = Shivani's original  position from left + 4 = 14 + 4 = 18^th

Now, 

Total number of girls = 30

Urvashi's position from left + Urvashi's position from Right - 1 = 30

⇒18 + Urvashi's position from Right - 1 = 30

⇒17 + Urvashi's position from Right = 30

⇒Urvashi's position from Right = 30 - 17

⇒Urvashi's position from Right  = 13^th

So, Urvashi's position is 13^th from the right end.

Hence, the 13th is the correct answer.
