II

Part II of the Constitution of India (Articles 5-11) deals with the Citizenship of India.

Article 11 gave powers to the Parliament of India to regulate the right of citizenship by law.

This provision resulted in the enactment of the Citizenship Act 1955 by the Indian Parliament.

Article 12 to 35 contained in Part III of the Constitution deal with Fundamental Rights.

These are the Right to equality, including equality before the law, prohibition of discrimination on grounds of religion, race, caste, sex, or place of birth, and equality of opportunity in matters of employment.

Part 4 of the Indian Constitution consists of all the DPSP (Directive Principles of State Policy).

It covers the Articles from 36 to 51. Article 36 of Part IV defines the term State as the one, which has to keep in mind all the DPSP before formulating any policy or law for the country.
