Correct Answer - Option 3 : Three

Subtracting one from first digit of each number and dividing by three we get

574 → 474 ÷ 3 = 158

658 → 558 ÷ 3 = 186

821 → 721 ÷ 3 = 240.33

945 → 845 ÷ 3 = 281.67

247 → 147 ÷ 3 = 49

There are three such number which are divisible by three.

Hence, "Three" is the correct answer.
