Correct Answer - Option 4 : -3/2

Given

a = 5b, c = (3b + 2)

Calculation

a = 5b

a = 3c

a = 3(3b + 2)

⇒ a = 9b + 6

From (1) and (2)

⇒ 5b = 9b + 6

⇒ 5b - 9b = 6

⇒ - 4b = 6

⇒ b = -6/4

⇒ b = -3/2

∴ Value of b is - 3/2
