Calculation:

Let assume that first even number = x

And, second even number = x + 2

According to question 

⇒ x+ x + 2 = 74

⇒ 2x + 2 = 74

⇒ 2x = 72

⇒ x = 36

First number = 36

So, Second number =  x + 2 = 36 + 2 = 38

∴ Product = 36 × 38 = 1368
