Best answer
Correct Answer - Option 2 : 91/300

Given:

Number of blanks = 14

Number of Prizes = 11

Calculation:

Total number of lotteries = (11 + 14) = 25

Number of ways to select 2 lotteries = 25C2 = 300

Number of ways to select 2 blanks = 14C2 = 91

∴ Probability that both are blanks = 91/300
