Correct Answer - Option 1 : 4

Given 

3x - y = 27

3x + y = 273

Concept Used 

am = an 

m = n 

Calculation 

⇒ 3x - y  = 33

⇒ x - y = 3 ----(1)

⇒ 3x + y = 273 = 35

⇒ x + y = 5  ----(2)

From (1) and (2) , we get x = 4 

∴ The value of x is 4
