Correct Answer - Option 1 : 2

Given:

Number is 6843X9

Calculation:

In the given number 6843X9,

Place value of X = 10X

And, Face value of X = X

As, the square of the place value of X is 200 times its place value

∴ (10X)2 = 200X

⇒ 100X2 = 200X

⇒ X = 2

∴ The value of X is 2

Face value is simply defined as the digit itself within a number.

Place value of a digit should be multiplied by the digit value of the position where it is located.
