Concept Used:

1 million = 10⁶

1 billion = 10⁹

calculation:

As, total value of land = Rs. 4000 million

4 sons get equal share,

So, each son get = (4000 × 10⁶) ÷ 4

= 10³ × 10⁶

= 10⁹ = 1 billion

∴ Each son get Rs.1 billion.
