Correct Answer - Option 2 : 29

Ramesh is 15th from either end of the row.

This means, number of persons to Ramesh' left = 14

Number of persons to Ramesh' right = 14

Thus, total number of persons in a row = 14 + Ramesh (15th) + 14 = 29

Hence, 29 is correct.
