Calculation:

Let Mithu’s amount be M and Billal’s amount be B.

∴ 4/15 M = 2/5 B

⇒ M = (2/5 × 15/4) B

⇒ M = 3/2 B

⇒ M/B = 3/2

∴ M ∶ B = 3 ∶ 2
