• It shall be the duty of a Panchayat Samiti to provide for and make arrangements for carrying out the requirements of the area under its jurisdiction in respect of the following matters.
• Every Panchayat Samiti shall appoint the following Committees, namely:—

  (c) Social Justice Committee
