Correct Answer - Option 2 : 1/3

Given:

The two terms of a G.P are,

t2 = 3/5, t3 = 1/5

Formula used:

If a and b are two terms of G.P then r = b/a

where, r = common ratio of G.P

Calculation:

Now, r = t3/t2

⇒ (1/5)/(3/5)

⇒ (1/5) × (5/3)

⇒ 1/3

∴ The common ratio is 1/3.
