Correct Answer - Option 2 : 192√3 cm2

Given

Side of an equilateral triangle = 16√3 cm

Formula used

Area of an equilateral triangle = (√3/4) × (side)2

Calculation

Area of an equilateral triangle = (√3/4) × (16√3)2

⇒ (√3/4) × (16√3) × (16√3)

⇒ √3 × 4√3 × 16√3

⇒ 48 × 4 × √3

⇒ 192√3 cm

∴ Area of an equilateral triangle is 192√3 cm2
