Correct Answer - Option 3 : Either I or II  follows

Given Statements: X ≤ Y = Z > A = B < C > D > E ≥ F

Conclusions:

I. X < Z → False ( X ≤ Y = Z ). Thus, it is not definite that X will be smaller to Z.

II. X = Z → False ( X ≤ Y = Z ). Thus, it is not definite that X will be equal to Z.

Since X ≤ Z is true. Both the conclusions together form complementary pair. So, either conclusion I or II definitely follows.

Hence, the correct answer is either conclusion I or II follows.
