Correct Answer - Option 1 : 156 kg

Given:

Weight of Ramesh = 62 kg

Weight of Rakesh = 68 kg

Concept Used:

If a is x% more than b, then

a = (100 + x)% × b

Calculations:

Weight of Ramesh = 62 kg

Weight of Rakesh = 68 kg

Sum of weights of Rakesh and Ramesh = (62 + 68) kg

⇒ Sum of weights of Rakesh and Ramesh = 130 kg

Weight of Shiva = (100 + 20)% × 130 = (120/100) × 130

⇒ Weight of Shiva = (6/5) × 130 = 156 kg

∴ The weight of Shiva is 156 kg.
