Correct Answer - Option 2 : 1445

Given:

Reminder in each case = 5

Concept:

When a number is divided by “a, b, c or d” leaving the same remainder ‘r’ in each case then that number must be ‘k + r’ where ‘k’ is the LCM of “a, b, c or d”.

Calculation:

∵ The LCM of 9, 15, 24, 32 and 36 =1440.

∴ The least number = 1440 + Remainder

= 1440 + 5

= 1445
