Correct Answer - Option 1 : 14 cm

Given:

Radius of small balls = 7cm

Radius of cylindrical jar = 14cm

Formula:

Volume of cylinder = πr2h

Volume of sphere = 4/3 × πr3

Calculation:

Volume of six spherical balls = Volume of cylindrical jar

Volume of six spherical balls = 6 × 4/3 × 22/7 × 73

Volume of cylindrical jar = 22/7 × 142 × h

Then,

⇒ 6 × 4/3 × 22/7 × 73 = 22/7 × 142 × h

⇒ h = 14 cm

∴ Height of cylindrical jar is 14cm.
