Correct Answer - Option 3 : Ctrl + K – Cut selected text

Ctrl + K – Cut selected text is NOT correct.

  • Press and hold down on any text with your finger and then let go.
    • Upon letting go, a menu should appear on the top-right of the screen (shown to the right) that allows you to cut.
    • Highlight the text you want to cut and then press your finger on Cut to cut.

  • Ctrl + X  is used to Cut selected text.
  • Control-K is a common computer command.
    • It is generated by pressing the K key while holding down the Ctrl key on most computer keyboards.
    • In hypertext environments that use the control key to control the active program, control-K is often used to add, edit, or modify a hyperlink to a Web page.
