Given:

Shilpa takes = 6 days

Tanvi takes = 8 days

Shilpa and Tanvi took = Rs. 48,000

Shilpa, Tanvi, and Anika together takes = 3 days

Calculation:

Total work is done by Shilpa and Tanvi = (1/6) + (1/8)

⇒ 7/24

∴ Work is done by Anika in 1 day = (1/3) – (7/24)

⇒ 1/24

The amount distributed between each of them = (1/6) : (1/8) : (1/24)

⇒ 4 : 3 : 1

∴ Amount paid to Anika = (1/24) × 3 × 48000

⇒ Rs. 6000

∴ Anika was paid Rs. 6000.
