Given

A and B are 20 km apart. A can walk at an average speed of 4 km/ hour and B at 6 km/hr. If they Start Walking towards each other at 7 a.m.

Concept used

Time and Distance

Calculation

Distance = 20 km

Relative speed = 4 + 6 = 10 km/hr

Time = Distance / speed

Time = 20/10 

Time = 2 hours

7 : 00 am + 2 hours = 9 : 00 am
