Correct Answer - Option 1 : 16 sq.cm

Given:

Side of a square = 4 cm

Formula Used:

Area of square = a2

where a = sides of square 

Calculation:

⇒ Area of square = a2

⇒ Area of square with side '4' unit = 42  

∴ Area of square = 16 sq.cm
