Correct Answer - Option 4 : 38

In a row of boys, Jeevan is seventh from the start and eleventh from the end.

Total number of boys in Jeevan's row = 7 + 11 - 1

= 18 - 1

= 17

In another row of boys, Vikas is tenth from the start and twelfth from the end.

Total number of boys in Vikas's row = 10 + 12 - 1

= 22 - 1

= 21

Total number of boys in both the rows together = 17 + 21

= 38

Hence, '38' is the correct answer.
