Correct Answer - Option 3 : 13 ∶ 15

Formula used:

Speed = Distance/Time

Calculation:

Speed of Bus = 195/3

Speed of Train = 300/4

Ratio of speed of Bus and Train = \(\frac{195}{3} \times \frac{4}{300}\)

∴ The ratio of their speed = 78 : 90 or 13 : 15
