Given:

Speed of vehicle (To journey) = 6.5 km/ hr

Speed of vehicle (Fro journey) = 3.5 km/ hr

Time taken = 4 hrs

Formula used:

Speed = Distance/ Time

Calculation:

Let the distance between her house and office be 'd' km

⇒ d/6.5 + d/3.5 = 4

⇒ 10 d = 4 × 3.5 × 6.5

⇒ d = 9.1 km

∴ Distance between home to office is 9.1 km
