Correct Answer - Option 1 : 15 ∶ 4 ∶ 1

Given:

Rs. 10 coin ∶ 50 paise coin ∶ 25 paise coin = 3 ∶ 16 ∶ 8

Calculation:

Rs. 10 = 10 × 100 paise = 1000 paise

Let the number of coins be 3x, 16x, and 8x

Value of Rs. 10 cooins = 1000 × 3x = 3000x

Value of 50 paise coins = 50 × 16x = 800x

Value of 25 paise coins = 8 × 25x = 200x

Required ratio = 3000x ∶ 800x ∶ 200x = 15 ∶ 4 ∶ 1

∴ The required ratio is 15 ∶ 4 ∶ 1
