Correct Answer - Option 1 : only argument I is strong

I. Argument I is strong as the student union election in Universities disturb the healthy environment of Universities. So, stopping it will help in creating an academic atmosphere in Universities.

II. Argument II is not strong as Student Union is not the only way of creating future political leaders.

Hence, only argument I is strong.
