I. It does not follows as doing so will not provide a solution to the problem.

II. It does follows as prevention will help to decrease the number of malaria patients during monsoon period.

III. It does follows as being prepared to provide treatment for malaria will help in the recovery of malaria patients.

Hence, only II and III follows.
