Given:

Time taken by 13 men to make 280 brick = 10 days working 7 hrs daily

Formula used:

M₁D₁T₁/W₁ = M₂D₂T₂/W₂

Calculation:

Let the number of days required = a

∴ (13 × 7 × 10)/280 = (39 × 3 × a)/396

⇒ a = 11 days

∴ In 11 days the work will be finished.
