Correct Answer - Option 4 : 8638

Given Numbers: 2945, 7321, 5789, 6562, 4953

When the positions of the first and the fourth digits are interchanged;

5942, 1327, 9785, 2566, 3954

When the second and the third digits are interchanged;

5492, 1237, 9875, 2656, 3594

Highest Number = 9875

Lowest Number = 1237

Difference = 9875 - 1237 = 8638

Hence, "8638" is the correct answer.
