Correct Answer - Option 2 : 6400

Given:

The selling price of Ram's article = 5000

Calculation:

Let be assume the cost price of Ram's article is p

⇒ p × (100 + 25)/100 = 5000

⇒ p = 4000

⇒ The cost price of Sonu's article = 4000 × (2) = 8000

⇒ The selling price of Sonu's article = 8000 × (80/100) = 6400 rupees

∴ The required result will be 6400.
