Correct Answer - Option 2 : ₹ 810

Given:

A cloth of piece was purchased for Rs. 700.

Tailoring charge = Rs. 20

Formula used:

Profit% = {(SP - CP)/CP} × 100

Calculation:

A cloth of piece was purchased for Rs. 700.

Tailoring charge = Rs. 20

Total CP = 700 + 20 = Rs. 720

Profit% = {(SP - CP)/CP} × 100

⇒ 12.5 = {(SP - 720)/720} × 100

⇒ 90 = SP - 720

⇒ SP = 810

∴ Seliing price should be Rs. 810.
