Radha Krishna Mathur is the first Lieutenant Governor of the Union Territory of Ladakh since 31 October 2019.
He was appointed to be the first Lieutenant Governor of Ladakh by the President of India on 25 October 2019 and Mathur was formally sworn in on 31 October 2019.
In November 2018, Radha Krishna Mathur retired as the Chief Information Commissioner of India (CIC).
Mathur was also the Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises Secretary of India, Defence Production Secretary of India, and the Chief Secretary of Tripura.

Girish Chandra Murmu was the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir from 31 October 2019 to 6 August 2020.
Currently, Manoj Sinha is the Lieutenant Governor of Jammu and Kashmir since 7 August 2020.
