Correct Answer - Option 2 : Both arguments 1 and 2 are not strong.

Argument 1 is not strong as : This is not the valid reason to ban products of any country.

Argument 2 is not strong : Banning the products of any country does not necessarily lead to an increase in India's production. In fact, the dependence on the other countries often happen when there is no way to meet the production requirement.

Hence, both arguments 1 and 2 are not strong.
