Correct Answer - Option 1 : CTRL + Z

The correct answer is CTRL + Z.

  • CTRL + Z is a shortcut key to Undo the operation or task.
  •  It erases the last change done to the document, reverting it to an older state.
  • In some more advanced programs, such as graphic processing, undo will negate the last command done to the file being edited.

Some important shortcut keys in MS Word are -

  • Ctrl + A -- Select all contents of the page.
  • Ctrl + B -- Bold highlighted selection.
  • Ctrl + C -- Copy selected text.
  • Ctrl + X -- Cut selected text.
  • Ctrl + N -- Open new/blank document.
  • Ctrl + O -- Open options.
  • Ctrl + P -- Open the print window.
  • Ctrl + F -- Open find box.
