Correct Answer - Option 1 : constant

Explanation:

Ideal fluid:

  • A fluid, which is incompressible and is having no viscosity, is known as an ideal fluid.
  • Ideal fluid is only an imaginary fluid as all the fluids, which exist, have some viscosity.
  • Hence a fluid which has constant density and has zero viscosity is known as ideal fluid
  • Ideal fluid obeys following two equations
    • Continuity equation
    • Bernouilli’s equation

Real fluid

  • Fluids which do possess viscosity are termed as real fluids.
  • These fluids always offer shear resistance i.e. Certain amount of resistance is always offered by these fluids as they move.
  • All the fluids that exist in reality are real fluids.
