The distance traveled by Rohit in 6 hours = 6 × 5 = 30 km

Let Rohit travels x km after Raina starts and before they meet ,

Time taken by Raina to travel (30 + x) km = Time taken by Rohit to walk x km

⇒ (30 + x)/15 = x/5

⇒ 30 + x = 3x

⇒ x = 15 km

Required distance = 30 + x = 30 + 15 = 45 km
