Correct Answer - Option 1 : 39

The logic follows here is :

Column wise :

Third term = (√ First term) + (Second term ÷ 2)

First Column → 16, 50, 29

(√16) + (50 ÷ 2) = 4 + 25 = 29.

Second Column → 36, 42, 27

(√36) + (42 ÷ 2) = 6 + 21 = 27.

Third Column → 81, 60, ?

? = (√81) + (60 ÷ 2) = 9 + 30 = 39.

Hence, the correct answer is "39".
