Correct Answer - Option 3 : 8 : 9

Given:

3x/2y = 48/36

Calculation:

⇒ 3x/2y = 48/36

⇒ x/y = (48× 2)/(3× 36)

⇒ x/y = 16/18

⇒ x/y = 8/9

∴ The value of x ∶ y is 8 ∶ 9.
