Correct Answer - Option 4 : 2535 km

Given:

Average speed of train = 3 × average speed of car

Distance covered = 520 km

Time taken = 8 hours

Calculations:

Average speed of car = (Total distance travelled)/(Total time taken)

⇒ 520/8

⇒ 65 km/h

Average speed of train = 3 × average speed of car

⇒ 3 × 65

⇒ 195 km/h

Speed = Distance/time

⇒ 195 = Distance/13

⇒ 195 × 13 = Distance

⇒ Distance = 2535 km

∴ The train will cover 2535 km in 13 hours.
