Best answer
Correct Answer - Option 4 : 105

Given,

If 2 = 5, 4 = 18, 6 = 39

Here we see,

2 → 22 + 1 = 5

4 → 42 + 2 = 18

6 → 62 + 3 = 39

8 → 82 + 4 = 68

Similarly,

10 = 102 + 5 = 105

Hence, the correct answer is 105.
