Correct Answer - Option 2 : Swarna is not a writer or Swapna is not a writer.

According to the given statements It is not true that both swarna and swapna are writers, then it is clear that either Swapna or Swarna is a writer but we don't know who is writer in both of them.  

Hence, option 2 is the correct answer.
