Correct Answer - Option 1 : 30

From the table

In every condition,

Expenditure of an automobile owner per month

Expenditure in first condition = 40 × 60 = Rs 2400

Expenditure in 2nd condition = 50 × 48 = Rs 2400

Expenditure in 3rd condition = 60 × 40 = Rs 2400

Expenditure in 4th condition = 75 × 32 = Rs 2400

so, If price goes up to Rs 80 per litre, expenditure is same in all condition

let consumption of petrol be x

⇒ 80 × x = 2400

⇒ x = 30 litres

∴ The required answer is 30 litres
