Correct Answer - Option 1 : D and A

According to the question:
C was the first one to read the book and then he passed on the book to D.
A and E read the book immediately after D in the same order.
B was the last member to read the book.
Thus, the order is CDAEB.

Clearly, D and A were the two readers between C and E.
