Correct Answer - Option 2 : B

Given:

Speed of train = 126 km/hr

Speed of car = 72 km/hr

Formula Used:

Distance = speed × time

Calculation:

Length of train,

⇒ (speed of train - Speed of car) × 5/18 × time

⇒ Length of train = 54 × 5/18 × 40 = 600 meters

∴ The length of train is 600 mtrs.
