Let, Age of Komal = x years

Age of Rohan = (x + 6) years

Age of Komal = (x - 4) years

Age of Rohan = (x + 6 - 4) = (x + 2) years

Now, According to question:

(x + 2) = 4 × (x - 4)

x + 2 = 4x - 16

3x = 18

x = 6 

Age of Komal = 6 years

Age of Rohan = 6 + 6 = 12 years

Hence, Age of Rohan is 12 years.
