Kolkata

Chennai

Sachin

50

Formula used:

Required percentage = (Votes for player/Total votes) × 100

Calculation:

Total votes  = 500 + 600 + 500 + 400 = 2000

He either “belongs to Mumbai and voted for Mahendra” or “belongs to Chennai and voted for Virendra”

⇒ 75 + 75

⇒ 150

Required percentage

⇒ (150/2000) × 100

⇒ 7.5

∴ The chances of he either “belongs to Mumbai and voted for Mahendra” or “belongs to Chennai and voted for Virendra” is 7.5%.
