  • As per the Haryana Police Act, 2007
    • The direct recruitment to various gazetted and non-gazetted ranks in the police service shall be made through a State Level Police Recruitment Board or District Level Police Recruitment Boards.
      • It shall be done by a transparent process, adopting well-codified systems.
    • The police service shall consist of such numbers in various ranks and have such organization or cadres as the State Government may, by general or special order, determine and shall include the members of the Indian Police Service allocated to the State.
