Correct Answer - Option 1 : Right to work

The correct answer is Right to work.

  • “The State shall, within the limits of its economic capacity and development, make effective provisions for securing the right to work, to education, and to public assistance in cases of unemployment, old age, sickness and disablement, and other cases of undeserved want,” according to Article 41 of the Constitution.
  • Article 38 declares that the state would work to promote the welfare of the people, and article 43 states that it will try to ensure that all workers are paid a livable wage and have a good quality of living.
  • The Supreme Court was asked to consider the enforcement of such a right in the context of the large-scale removal of village officer positions in the Indian state of Tamil Nadu.
  • In response to the claim that such removal of postings would violate the DPSP.

  • "The right to the property remains a constitutional right under Article 300A of the Constitution," the Supreme Court says in a case where the government took ownership of surplus land even though there was none.
  • The notion that a person has the right to live and, in particular, that he or she should not be killed by another organization, particularly the government, is known as the right to life.
  • Forced labour, child labour, and human trafficking are all prohibited under the right against exploitation.
