Correct Answer - Option 2 : 12

IQ or Intelligence Quotient is the measure of a child's ability to reason and solve problems. It is the test to measure human intelligence.

  • An individual’s Intelligence Quotient (IQ) is determined by multiplying the quotient of his/her mental age and chronological age by 100. i.e.

\(IQ=\frac{Mental Age}{Chronological Age}\times 100\)
MentalAgeChronological

Mental Age (MA) = [Intelligence Quotient (IQ) × Chronological Age (CA)]/100

Given, IQ = 75, CA = 16, MA = ?

∴ MA = (75 × 16)/100

= 1200/100
